The Process |
|

You (builders, developers and architects) send us tender documents in
hardcopy or softcopy format. |

|
| |
We store all documents electronically in an innovative database, scanning them
when received in hardcopy or saving them from a CD or email attachment. |

|
| |
You nominate the subcontractors whom you want to receive the respective
documents out of the tender package. |
|

| |
We print these documents 'on demand' from the files in our database and
send them by overnight delivery to the firms which you have nominated. To
make the process even easier we maintain an ongoing list of your preferred
subcontractors and suppliers. |

Upon your request we will send documents to firms who have been involved
in comparable projects or who have requested the documentation on their own
account. |

We provide you with confirmation reports detailing which documents have
been sent to particular firms with the contact details of the recipient,
